I live in one of the most beautiful and polluted areas in Europe.
Our relationship with the environment is made of complicated compromises and nonsensical behaviors. Development or conservation. Progress or pollution. Welfare or exploitation. I am fashinated by chaos and I’m curious to see the outcome of it. I love the compelling elegance of entropy, the steady and relentless destruction it pursues. I’m attracted by scars, debris, rot, dust, breaches, and any mark that attriction leaves in our lives. My personal photographic projects explore the calm before breakdown. I photograph to research, understand, experiment, learn.
